Be sure to read through all of the information on the website prior to entering the Opportunity Drawing for the chance to register and attend. The Register page has a list of what’s included in your registration fee and our refund policy which should be reviewed prior to entering because all sales are final.

Take your time completing the form and ensure that all required fields are completed. There is a four-person maximum. If you are only entering yourself, complete the fields for PERSON ONE only. If you are entering for yourself and additional guests, complete the fields for PERSON ONE and additional travel companions as needed. Only ONE form should be completed for you and your travel companions. If your form is drawn, each individual listed on this form will be sent a separate email to pay for their registration.

After completing the form, review the form completely for accuracy and then click “Submit.” PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive a confirmation email, but you WILL receive a confirmation message on this page after you click submit.
