Vancouver City Bus Tour
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

We are thrilled to offer an optional bus tour of Vancouver for our attendees! This is a wonderful opportunity to see this beautiful city while spending time with your fellow Hearties. Once your HFR registration spot is paid in Eventbrite, your confirmation email will include a link to an online sign-up for the tour.

This is a sponsored event, offered at no added cost to you. That said, space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. You must sign up ahead of time, no later than May 31, 2025.

The bus tour will leave from the host hotel and head to Vancouver to see some of the well-known sites that may include Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinatown, Gastown, Stanley Park, English Bay, and/or Yaletown. There will also be a stop for lunch at Canada Place (lunch not included - this will be at your own cost).

This tour includes walking and multiple stops that require exiting and boarding the bus, so please weigh this carefully if mobility is an issue for you. This tour may involve an increased amount of physical activity such as substantial walking or climbing stairs. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Please note: Hearties taking the bus tour on Friday must be checked in for the HFR weekend prior to doing so, which means you must complete check-in during the Thursday evening HFR Check-In time, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. We will have a late check-in table available Friday morning for one hour before the bus tour for any who have late night travel delays the night before.

Hope Valley, also known as the Jamestown Movie Set, is located in Langley, which is a popular filming location and has been used in a variety of movies and TV shows. See some examples on the Tourism Langley website outlining some holiday specific filming locations in town.
