Hearties Family Reunion Check-In
Thursday or Friday

Event Date & Time: Thursday, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. OR Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Location: Host Hotel

Before attending any events, you will need to check in for the weekend. Look for signage at the host hotel for the Hearties Family Reunion and bring the items listed below with you. We have two check-in times available. The majority of you will check in Thursday evening prior to the Tea on Friday. We will review your required documents and provide you with your lanyard and name tag, which will serve as your ticket to all events for the weekend. You’ll also receive any additional instructions needed for the weekend’s festivities.

Our volunteers will be on hand to answer any last-minute questions!

Items required at check-in for Hearties Family Reunion:

• Photo I.D. for individuals 18 and older (Passport, drivers license, or state I.D.). Identification is not required for attendees who are 12-17; however they must be accompanied by an adult at check-in.

• Production release form (this will be emailed to registrants prior to the event).

Late Check-In Availability: For anyone encountering travel delays, we will have a late check-in table available Friday morning for one hour before the first tea time. This time is set aside for those with travel delays only.
