Volunteer at HFR 2026
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for this year’s Hearties Family Reunion! We are looking for volunteers to help with HFR Check-In at the beginning of the weekend, and bus volunteers for the Hycroft Manor tea event and the Hope Valley Set Visit on Sunday. If this interests you, review the volunteer descriptions and then complete the form below. We will review the forms and a volunteer coordinator will reach out via email to give you further direction as the event approaches. Please reply by July 15, 2026.
Please note: Not everyone who completes the form will be contacted. This will be dependent on the number of responses we receive.
It is also important to us that you still enjoy your weekend to the fullest! Volunteer responsibilities will include either a pre-event Zoom meeting and/or onsite meeting, and performing duties during your assigned task only. Bus volunteers will still have the full time for tea at Hycroft Manor and for exploration of Hope Valley during the set visit.
1) Registration - Volunteer opportunities are available to assist Hearties at HFR Check-In. Duties include assisting the HFR Team with welcoming Hearties, checking identification, and sharing information as needed about the weekend. Detailed instructions will be provided onsite. Times are available as follows:
Thursday, Oct. 1st, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 2nd, 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
2) Friday bus volunteers - Volunteer opportunities are available to assist Hearties with transport to and from Hycroft Manor for tea. Detailed instructions will be provided onsite with the possibility of a pre-event Zoom call once details are finalized for this event.
3) Sunday bus volunteers - Volunteer opportunities are available to assist with Sunday’s Hope Valley Set Visit. Duties include checking Hearties in, assisting with boarding/disembarking buses at the hotel and on set, and sharing provided set day information with participants. Detailed instructions will be shared on a pre-event Zoom call and provided onsite.
