Congratulations on completing your registration for the Hearties Family Reunion! We are thrilled to offer our 10th Anniversary Hycroft High Tea event with a stop in Gastown for some shopping and sightseeing. It’s time to complete your RSVP for this event. Unlike the Opportunity Drawing form, each registered individual needs to complete this sign-up form.

Buses will depart from the host hotel to take you to Hycroft Manor for your scheduled tea and Gastown stop.

Deadline for sign-up: May 31, 2026

A few items to note prior to completing the form:

• You will need to complete HFR check-in prior to this event, which means you must do so Thursday evening between 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

• Unfortunately, Hycroft Manor is a designated heritage building and is not wheelchair accessible. The tour of the property includes multiple levels of stairs with no elevator available. If you will not be able to attend due to these accessibility restrictions, please complete the form below to let us know.

• This form does not generate a confirmation email.

• A thank-you message will appear on the screen when you click “submit.”

• This is the equivalent of a sign-up sheet on a bulletin board. Once you’ve completed the form and received the thank-you message, you are confirmed for that slot.

• Switching time slots will not be allowed.
