Vancouver Bus Tour Sign-Up

We are thrilled this year to offer an optional bus tour of Vancouver for our attendees! This is being offered at no additional cost, but you do have to sign-up ahead of time. Unlike the Opportunity Drawing form, each registered individual who wants to take the tour needs to complete this sign-up form.

Deadline for sign-up: June 30, 2024

The bus tour will leave from the host hotel and head to Vancouver to see some of the well-known sites including Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinatown, Gastown, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Yaletown. There will also be a stop for lunch at Canada Place (lunch not included - this will be at your own cost).

A few items to note:

• This tour includes walking and multiple stops that require exiting and boarding the bus, so please weigh this carefully if mobility is an issue for you. This tour may involve an increased amount of physical activity such as substantial walking or climbing stairs. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

• Hearties who wish to take the bus tour on Friday must check in during the Thursday evening HFR Check-In time.

• When you click submit, you will receive a thank you notice on this page and you are good to go! You will not receive an email confirmation.

• The number of buses will be finalized before the tour, so attendees will NOT be allowed to add the tour on-site. You must sign-up ahead of time.
