Vancouver Bus Tour Sign-Up

We are thrilled this year to offer an optional bus tour of Vancouver for our attendees! This is being offered at no additional cost, but you do have to sign-up ahead of time. Unlike the Opportunity Drawing form, each registered individual who wants to take the tour needs to complete this sign-up form. Availability is limited on a first come, first serve basis. We will post when the tour is full.

Deadline for sign-up: May 31, 2025

The bus tour will leave from the host hotel and head to Vancouver to see some of the well-known sites. These may include Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinatown, Gastown, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Yaletown. There will also be a stop for lunch at Canada Place (lunch not included - this will be at your own cost).

A few items to note:

  • This tour includes walking and multiple stops that require exiting and boarding the bus, so please weigh this carefully if mobility is an issue for you. This tour may involve an increased amount of physical activity such as substantial walking or climbing stairs. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

  • Please note: Hearties taking the bus tour on Friday must be checked in for the HFR weekend prior to doing so, which means you must complete check in during the Thursday evening HFR Check-In time, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. We will have one late check-in table available Friday morning before the bus tour for any who have late night travel delays the night before.

  • When you click submit, you will receive a thank you notice on this page and you are good to go! You will not receive an email confirmation.

  • The number of spots available on the buses are limited, so attendees will NOT be allowed to add the tour on-site. You must sign-up ahead of time.
