Hope Valley Set Visit Sign-Up

Congratulations! You are registered to attend the Hearties Family Reunion! It’s time to sign up for your bus departure time for the Hope Valley set visit. Unlike the Opportunity Drawing form, each registered individual needs to complete this sign-up form.

Deadline for sign-up: June 30, 2024

A few items to note:

• This form does not generate a confirmation email.

• A thank you message will appear on the screen when you click “submit.”

• This is the equivalent of a sign up sheet on a bulletin board. Once you’ve completed the form and received the thank you message, that is the time slot you can plan on.

• Switching time slots will not be allowed.
