Hope Valley Set Visit Sign-Up

Congratulations on completing your registration for the Hearties Family Reunion! It’s time to sign up for your bus departure time for the Hope Valley set visit. Unlike the Opportunity Drawing form, each registered individual needs to complete this sign-up form. Fill out the form to choose between the 9:00 a.m. option (returning to the hotel approximately 3:45 p.m.) or the 10:00 a.m. departure (returning to the hotel approximately 4:45 p.m.).

Deadline for sign-up: May 31, 2026

A few items to note prior to completing the form:

• This form does not generate a confirmation email.

• A thank-you message will appear on the screen when you click “submit.”

• This is the equivalent of a sign-up sheet on a bulletin board. Once you’ve completed the form and received the thank-you message, you are confirmed for that slot.

• Switching time slots will not be allowed.
